Local Pick-Up of in-stock orders is available by appointment only, from 16016 - 82nd Ave, in Surrey. Proceed to the full checkout once you have your items in the cart. Please proceed through the full checkout experience. Use of Apple / Google / Shop Pay and PayPal express will skip over the local pick-up options. You can use those payment methods on the next screen!

Do not click the above Shop / Apple / Google / PayPal buttons, click the BLUE checkout button. You will now be prompted for your billing information and delivery methods.

When placing your order simply select Pick-Up as the delivery method. Do not click an Express Checkout method.

Don't forget to provide your contact info so we can email you when your order is ready!

All purchases must be pre-paid via the website, Please do not show up before receiving confirmation your order is ready and scheduling a pick-up time. 

Why Can't I Choose To Pick-Up My Order?

Not all the items sold by Fleetwood Digital are stocked in out Vancouver warehouse. To bring such a wide variety of radio brands Fleetwood Digital utilizes many distributor warehouse across the country. Items that originate from these warehouses are not available for pick-up. In the below example this Maxon America Speaker Microphone ships from Peterbourough, Ontario, as noted on the product page.

As a result selecting Local Pick-Up will not allow for a pick-up. Please note that the entire order must be eligible for pick-up for the option to be available. Orders will not split allowing for some items shipping and some items being picked up.

Once your order is ready, usually within 24Hrs, Fleetwood Digital will send you an automated email advising its time to schedule your pick-up. PLEASE NOTE! Some items require additional processing, or may come from a 3rd party to our depot to pick-up. Items marked as Special Order or Ship-to Fleetwood Digital will take approx 7-12 Days to be ready. This will be noted on the product page.

For Ship-to Fleetwood allow ~7-12 Days.

For Special Order items also please allow ~7-12 days for the order to be ready for pick-up.

If you are unable to make the pick-up please follow the link in your schedule email to re-schedule for a future date. You will also have the option to have the order shipped at our current rates.
