Fleetwood Digital Shipping Guidelines

Shipping Practices & Guidelines:

Fleetwood Digital follows the below guidelines regarding shipping of orders. These are not hard-set policies and will be modified and adjusted when required.

• Orders are fulfilled Sunday to Thursday.
• Orders placed before 7:00PM (Pacific) will be fulfilled by the next day.
• Tracking information, when applicable, will be provided within 24 hours of an order being fulfilled.
• The goal for back ordered items is for them to be fulfilled within 2 weeks
• "Free" shipping, when offered, will be sent the most economical way regardless of the method chosen.
• All orders to remote and "Air Stage" locations are subject to review prior to being shipped.
• Uniden and Maxon orders may not be available to ship to PO Boxes.
• Orders that contain oversize antennas, such as Land Mobile, and Yagi may not ship to PO Boxes.
• Some items are offered for sale by 3rd parties, and will ship from their fulfilment centres in Asia. These items may ship separate from other items in your order.
