The Vancouver office and warehouse are taking some well-deserved family time starting Saturday, September 13th, through Monday, September 29th.
That means:

🚪 Warehouse doors locked – no outbound shipments or local pick-ups from Vancouver.

☎️ Customer service on mute – if you call us, you’ll just hear crickets (and maybe some distant static).

⏰ Friday, Sept 12th is the last call for Vancouver orders – after that, the shipping crew will be off practicing their “away from keyboard” skills.
But don’t panic! 📡
Our Quebec (President & CB Radios only) and International warehouses (Retevis products) are still shipping like champs. So if you order, your package may just develop a charming French accent—or arrive with extra stamps. To keep things moving along your order will be directed at our discretion to the best location to ship from based on what they stock. Quebec = President / Cobra / Uniden / Tram and the International warehouse keeps Retevis on hand.
