International Warehouse Chinese National Holidays
At Fleetwood Digital, we pride ourselves on offering a massive selection of the best two-way radios and communication gear. To keep our catalog as expansive as possible, certain items—specifically Special Orders and select International Items—are shipped directly from our International Hub in China before making their way to you.
While our local Surrey, BC, and Ontario logistics hubs ship out domestic gear daily, our International Hub observes official Chinese National Holidays. During these festival periods and "Golden Weeks," our overseas factory distributors pause operations, which means international fulfillment temporarily stops.
⚠️ The 5-Day Ordering Rule
If you are eyeing a Special Order item, we strongly encourage placing your order at least 5 days prior to any of the upcoming holiday closures listed below. This gives our International Hub the necessary processing window to dispatch your gear before the facility locks its doors for the holiday. Orders placed during or immediately before a closure will be queued and processed as soon as staff return.

🍁 What about Domestic Orders?
Good news! If you are ordering stock items like our authentic Baofeng radios from Ontario, or Retevis gear from our main Vancouver warehouse, these international dates do not apply to you. Domestic Canadian shipments will continue to dispatch on their regular fast-tracked schedules.
