All returns or warranty claims where there is a problem with the item, a short video of the encountered issue is appreciated so that Fleetwood Digital has a clear understanding of the issue, and so that we can forward this to the manufacture so they have a solid understanding of the negative experience their customer is having, so that they can look for ways to improve. Your understanding is most appreciated.

Order Cancelations:

Orders may be canceled at any time prior to a shipping label being generated. A full refund will be issued providing the payment instrument has not been charged. If the payment instrument has been charged non refundable fee's associated with the merchant gateway payment processor will have been levied against 8374350 Canada Inc. As these fee's are non refundable a 5% order cancel fee will be charged on the order. After a shipping label has been generated the order is processed and cannot be cancelled. Returns:
If an item received is not what you thought it would be please visit https://www.fleetwooddp.com/account to start a return. Our return policy is 30 days from the date of purchase and returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee as these items must now be sold as used. Radios, including but not limited to ham radios, cb radios, scanners, walkie talkies, land mobile are non refundable. Shipping, including any customs or duties paid, is non refundable as per the shipping carriers. This includes cost associated with returning the item and original shipping. Refused deliveries will be treated as a return and subject to the same terms. If shipping was not paid on the original order, for example free shipping, an amount equal to the cost of the original shipping charged to Fleetwood Digital will be deducted. Any and all return requests will only be facilitated if the item is returned to the designated return depot.  Please do not return items without first contacting Fleetwood Digital for direction. Warranty:

Accessories: Returns of accessories may be requested up to 30 days after receiving the item should the item not be suitable or to your satisfaction. All items must be returned, prepaid, in like new condition complete with all inserts, packaging and unmarked manuals. After 30 days Items will be guaranteed for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase against manufactures defects. Returns and warranties will not be honored if the product has been misused, abused, or physically broken. Normal wear and tear is not considered a fault of the item. All requests are subject to visual inspection. Should the exact product not be available one of like kind will be substituted. In the event a direct substitute is not available alternate resolutions will be provided. Some accessories may come with a valid North American warranty that may provide additional terms, and will be considered the primary warranty to be enacted.

Chinese Radios: Wouxun, TYT, Baofeng, Retevis, and any other "Chinese" brand of radio (Unless excluded) will be serviced at the designated facility in Canada based on the exact brand purchased. While we keep most of the common parts in-stock, there may be times when we have to order parts, or parts are on order. While we strive for a quick turnaround we cannot be held liable for delays due to parts. The standard "DOA" warranty for Chinese branded radios is 30 days. Fleetwood Digital strongly encourages all customers to purchase Extended Warranty for their items to enjoy Peace of Mind.

American Radios: Uniden, Cobra, TecNet, Maxon America, President, and any other "American" brand of radio will be serviced per the manufactures warranty policy.

Extended Warranty: Fleetwood Digital offers extended warranty on most radios. If warranty is important to your purchasing decision kindly consider purchasing a plan to give you peace of mind and to protect your investment!

SPECIAL SCHEDULE - RM ITALY BOOSTERS
Due to the nature of Linear Amplifiers, the special licensing required, and knowledge needed to install, boosters will have no warranty or return privileges, outside of what RM Italy themselves offer. All units are bench tested by the distribution technicians prior to leaving the Canadian warehouse.

Any and all warranty and or service requests will only be facilitated if the item is returned to the designated return depot. Please do not return items without first contacting Fleetwood Digital for direction.
