The BF-TECH CA UV-82RT 8W High-Power Dual-Band Amateur Ham Radio elevates handheld communication by combining full 8-Watt RF output with the acclaimed ergonomics and acoustic design of the commercial-style UV-82 platform. Larger and more robust than compact entry-level radios, the UV-82RT features a contoured grip, an enlarged acoustic chamber for louder receive audio, and its signature dual-trigger Push-to-Talk (PTT) rocker switch.
Configured specifically for North American amateur spectrum allocations under ITU Region 2 (144–148 MHz 2M VHF and 430–450 MHz 70cm UHF), the UV-82RT allows operators to monitor two frequencies simultaneously.
