is this all i need to use the cb from my home?

Is this radio needs to be programmed to bc logging roads
CB Radios are pre-programmed to the 40 channels authorized for use on CB. While CH. 19 is a common frequency for commercial truck drivers, CB radio is not the standard use on BC Logging Roads. CB Radios are not programable to other channels, and therefor I do not recommend for use on BC Logging Roads. Please consider this radio here, it is far more appropriate:
