The transparent, coiled acoustic tube is comfortable for all-day wear and is nearly invisible. It delivers loud, crystal-clear audio directly to your ear, even in noisy environments. The separate, large Push-to-Talk (PTT) and microphone unit can be clipped to your lapel, vest, or inside a sleeve for covert use.

This earpiece uses the standard Kenwood 2-Pin (K1) connector. This is the most common accessory plug in the world. It fits:
- Retevis: RT22, RT27, H-777, RT5R, RT85, RT86, etc.
- Baofeng: UV-5R, BF-F8HP, UV-82, BF-888s, etc.
- Quansheng: UV-K5, UV-K5(8), UV-K6
- Kenwood, Wouxun, TYT, and any other radio with a K1 accessory port.
- DOES NOT FIT: Ailunce HD1/HD2/HA1UV or Retevis RT29.
