The BC355N is designed for Analog, Non-Trunked communications. It is the perfect choice for monitoring:
- ✈️ Aviation (Air Shows, Local Airports)
- 🚂 Railways (Train Operations)
- ⚓ Marine (Boats & Coast Guard)
- 🏎️ Auto Racing (NASCAR, F1, Local Track)
- 🚛 Ground Transport ("Truckers" on the highways / Logging Roads)
It does NOT support Digital (P25/DMR) or Trunking. It cannot receive most modern city Police or Fire services. For those, please check the Uniden SDS100/200 or BCD436HP.
