This radio is a powerful, high-performance SDR. It is not a "turnkey" appliance like a Yaesu or Icom. It is designed for the ham radio enthusiast who is comfortable with technology, updating firmware, and technical operation.
We test each unit before it ships, but support is community-based. This radio is for the true hobbyist who wants maximum features and performance for the price. For this reason Fleetwood Digital is unable to provide much in the way of technical support for this item as there are no schematics or service manuals available.

⚠️ Critical Hardware Warning: SWR & Transmitting
The Class-E RF output stage utilizes delicate BS170 MOSFET transistors. Never press PTT without a resonant 50-ohm antenna or 50-ohm dummy load connected to the rear BNC jack. Operating into a high SWR (above 2.0:1) will destroy the final transistors almost instantly. Always verify your antenna match before transmitting.
